4TH Grade, kings mills elementary school
Emery was very excited to be named a Dragons MVP! Although Emery was a new student at Kings Mills this past year, she didn’t miss a beat getting adjusted to her new school and classmates.
“Emery was new to our district this year, moving from Texas. She made friends instantly and made such a good impression on all those around her. Emery works very hard and is a pleasure to have in class!”
The Dragons MVP Program uses the marketing power of Dayton Dragons Baseball as an educational tool for 4th and 5th grade teachers, helping them incent and reward students for success both in and out of the classroom. The use and distribution of the awards is entirely up to each teacher. Teachers use the program to reward behavior improvements, community involvement, good grades, spelling bee winners, and more. Below, you’ll learn some fun facts about our Dragons MVP Emery Thornock!
The Dayton Dragons MVP Program is made possible by the generous support of Ohio’s 529 Plan, Sinclair College, Raising Canes, WDTN-TV, Dayton’s CW, and Day Air Credit Union.
