leah hamilton

4TH Grade, valley elementary school
Leah was proud of herself for being named a Dragons MVP! Her teacher said Leah has a positive attitude that lights up the classroom.
“Leah is a strong academic student who is a natural leader in the classroom. Her extra effort on assignments is noticed by other students and they strive to do better. Leah is also helpful – she is the first student to lend a helping hand when a classmate needs help. At the same time, she does this with a kindness that inspires others. I have loved getting to know Leah this school year. She is just a wonderful addition to the classroom.”
The Dragons MVP Program uses the marketing power of Dayton Dragons Baseball as an educational tool for 4th and 5th grade teachers, helping them incent and reward students for success both in and out of the classroom. The use and distribution of the awards is entirely up to each teacher. Teachers use the program to reward behavior improvements, community involvement, good grades, spelling bee winners, and more. Below, you’ll learn some fun facts about our Dragons MVP Leah Hamilton!
